SBT Acquired by ACCPAC

ACCPAC International, Inc., a division of Computer Associates' (NYSE: CA) interBiz group, completed the acquisition of Software Business Technologies, Inc., known as SBT Accounting Systems (SBT), a leading provider of database accounting solutions. The acquistion will provide funding to improve the software and increase the dealer base worldwide. Management has made some very exciting announcements about the future of the software including full MDI for Pro Series, integration with the ACCPAC web products and eventual SQL backend support!
