When an inventory item with an additional description line is entered into a Sales Order, Purchase Order or Accounts Receivable invoice, the “Note” box will be automatically checked and the additional description stuffed into the note field where it can be edited. If the additional description for an item is not desired simply un-check the Note box and save the line item.
The additional description for a line item will print out below the normal entry for the item on a Sales Order, Purchase Order or Accounts Receivable invoice.
