Description:

This
tool provides the ability to print packing lists from an invoice,
to be included with the items being shipped. Packing lists can
be printed on any one of the printers set up in System Manager.
In other words, if you are on a network, and you have the capability
with your system to print in the shipping area, you could print
the packing lists there as the item is invoiced in accounting.
This gives the shipping personnel immediate access to the items
needed to pack for this invoice. Packing lists can be printed
in conjunction with adding a Point of Sale invoice, when printing
invoices, or separately. Packing lists can now be generated
with Sales Orders too. Packing Lists contain all the same information
as an invoice, but without any pricing. |

Priniting Invoices
Part of the option grid when printing invoices is an option
to print packing lists and select a printer. A quantity option
is also provided for multiple boxes. Additional copies might
be utilized to annotate the shipping information for return
to the accounting department for final billing and computer
entry. Packing lists can also be printed separately from the
Main Menu, with the same options described above by selecting
zero invoices and however many packing slips are needed.
