Once selected the price levels will be displayed on the screen.
To change one press "E" to edit and it will prompt for the
level to change. Enter the number of the level to change and
the proper line will be highlighted. Then first block (as
depicted in Figure (2)) Is the level ofsale. As in the ACCPAC
standard programs, this is the minimum quantity that must
be ordered or sold in order to use the price at this level.
Each of the price levels can be used in one of two ways.
Either the actual price can be entered, or the discount can
be used and the levels will be determined automatically based
on the level one price. If the discount method is used and
the level one price is changed, all the other levels are changed
too. This method makes it very easy to maintain prices at
multiple levels.
If the actual price is used, the levels are completely independent
of changes to the primary level.
During sales the levels will appear no different from the
standard programs. All processing occurs in the background.
