This enhancement provides the capability to use three lines 
                    of description for the inventory items. The additional description 
                    lines show on all data entry screens where the standard programs 
                    show only one
                  Transactions
                    When entering transactions, the sceen will show all three 
                    lines and entered in the inventory file maintenence. Changing 
                    the description from these screens will only affect the current 
                    transaction and will not alter the inventory file. 
                  Recurring Files
                    The recurring files have also been changed to take advantage 
                    of the additional description lines. The additional lines 
                    will be used on the transactions that are generated. The description 
                    is unique to the recurring billing and will not affect the 
                    standard inventory item. 
                  Reports
                    The inventory file report has been changed to include the 
                    complete description. Invoices, Purchase orders and Sales 
                    orders have all been changed to include the additional description 
                    lines. Laserforms programs have not been changed to accommodate 
                    the additional lines. If the additional lines have not been 
                    used the system will not leave blank lines. Items with three 
                    lines of description will print all three. If only two of 
                    the description lines were used, only two lines will be used. 
                    Other reports have not been changed
