Five to Four Decimal Pricing

This enhancement provides a user defined setup to determine the number of decimals for the prices and the costs. Although it is called 4-5 Decimal Pricing, it is possible to use just about any configuration desired. The dictionary (included) updates all the databases as appropriate. The programs have been changed so that when the way the price and cost is displayed is changed, it changes all the modified programs.

Some of the reports have also been modified. The routine has no effect on the extended price.
