Once an invoice or credit memo is completed, it is no longer possible to review the details or comments on the screen. Once a period has been closed, and the invoice is moved to history, it is no longer possible to view the header of the invoice. In older versions it is not possible to print the invoices.

With this tool you will be given additional choices when editing invoices. These choices are available for both current invoices and history invoices. From invoice editing the choice to review invoice detail and comments has been added. Details can only be viewed (not changed). Comments can be edited or deleted.

In older versions, the capability has been added to print invoices from the history file. Batch printing of history invoices is not provided, so select "Individual" at the prompt. Batch printing of current invoices is unaffected.

All the features described above, apply to Credit Memos, as well as invoices.
